野百合碱诱导实验性肺动脉高压的研究
A Study of Experimental Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Induced by Crotaline
【摘要】 目的:观察野百合碱(crotaline)诱导慢性肺损伤的病理变化及探讨肺动脉高压形成机理。方法:24只SD大鼠一次性皮下注射crotaline 50 mg/kg体重,建立肺动脉高压动物模型。通过光学显微镜观察crotaline对肺动脉血管内皮细胞的损伤和肺部的病理改变,并分析病变之间以及它们与肺动脉高压的关系。结果:注射crotaline可使肺动脉血管内皮细胞损伤,并诱导肺动脉平滑肌明显增生,导致肺动脉血管壁的重建和右心室肥厚。结论:肺动脉血管壁的重建是肺动脉高压的主要病理基础。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the pathological changes of chronic injury of lungs and explore the mechanism of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)development.Methods: PAH was induced in ten rats by a single subcutaneous injection of crotaline at a dose of 50 mg/kg.Lung sections(HE stained) were observed under light microscope for pathological changes and damages of vascular endothelial cells of the pulmonary arteries.Their relationship with PAH was analyzed.Results: Damages in vascular endothelial cells of pulmonary arteries of rats received crotaline injection were observed and showing as hyperplasy of smooth muscle and right ventricular hypertrophy.Conclusion: Rebuilding of the structure in pulmonary arterial after the damage might be the pathological basis of PAH.
