大剂量纳米二氧化钛染毒对小鼠血清生化指标的影响
Effect of Oral Ingested Large Dose Nano-titanium Dioxide on Serum Biochemical Indexes in Mice
【摘要】 目的探讨大剂量纳米粒径二氧化钛(Nanoscale-TiO2,N-TiO2)经口染毒对小鼠血清生化指标的影响。方法以5 g/kg剂量分别用微米粒径二氧化钛(Microscale-TiO2,M-TiO2)和N-TiO2对小鼠一次性经口灌胃染毒,14 d后处死;观察血清生化指标的变化。结果N-TiO2组小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力为(978±226)U/L,明显高于对照组(755±351)U/L和M-TiO2组(561±145)U/L(P<0.05);M-TiO2组小鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活力为(85±16)U/L,明显低于对照组(114±56)U/L(P<0.05),但与N-TiO2组(105±29)U/L相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);N-TiO2组小鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)含量为(6.0±0.9)mmol/L,与对照组(5.4±0.9)mmol/L相比,有明显升高,但与M-TiO2组(5.6±1.0)mmol/L相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其他生化指标在3组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论N-TiO2对小鼠血清LDH和AST活力及BUN水平的影响可能与M-TiO2有所不同。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nano-titanium dioxide(N-TiO2)on serum biochemical indexes in mice.Methods The mice were treated by one single oral dose of nanoTiO2 and micro scale TiO2(M-TiO2)powder at 5 g/kg body weight.After 14 days the mice were sacrificed and the serum were collected for biochemical analysis.Results In N-TiO2 group,the serum LDH[(978±226)U/L]was significantly higher than that of control[(755±351)U/L,P<0.05]and M-TiO2 group[(561±145)U/L,P<0.05],the serum AST in M-TiO2 powder group[(85±16)U/L]was significantly lower than that of control group[(114±56)U/L,P<0.05],but not different from that of N-TiO2 group[(105±29)U/L].The serum BUN in N-TiO2 group[(6.0±0.9)mmol/L]was obviously higher than that of control group[(5.4±0.9)mmol/L,P<0.05],but not different from that of M-TiO2 group[(5.6±1.0)mmol/L].There was no difference in other serum biochemical indexes among the control,N-and M-TiO2 group.Conclusions The effect of N-TiO2 on mice serum LDH,AST and BUN may be different from that of M-TiO2 powder.
