超声波协同Fenton试剂降解糖蜜酒精废水的工艺

【摘要】 采用超声波为辅助条件,以废水的COD去除率、脱色率为评价指标,考察了Fenton试剂对糖蜜酒精废水催化降解特性。实验结果表明,Fenton试剂对糖蜜酒精废水具有良好的处理效果,超声波与Fenton试剂之间存在着协同作用。通过正交实验得出的最佳降解工艺条件为:H2O2用量10mL/L,硫酸亚铁0.50g/L,废水稀释倍数40倍,超声波功率200W,反应时间30min,废水的COD去除率达到69%,色度降解率达到74%。

【Abstract】 To catalyze degradation fermented molasses wastewater,ultrasonic has been used as a subsidiary condition,and COD removal ratio and decolorization ratio of wastewater as evaluating indicator.The effect of catalysis degradation characteristic of Fenton reagent on fermented molasses wastewater is investigated.Experimental result shows that Fenton reagent has favorable catalysis degradation effect on fermented molasses wastewater,and ultrasonic and Fenton reagent method have obvious synergistic effects.The best degradation processing conditions are:dosage of H2O2 is 10 mL/L,dosage of FeSO4 0.50 g/L,the wastewater diluted 40 times,ultrasonic power 200 W,and the reaction time 30 min.Under these reaction conditions,the COD removal ratio of wastewater could reach 67%,and the chroma degradation ratio is 74%.
