光催化技术用于染料液处理的特征分析

【摘要】 对光催化技术处理染料液的脱色效果进行比较,并分析了活性紫的降解过程及效果。实验证明,在很多情况下,物系的液相脱色率不代表物系脱色率。对活性紫物系的实验表明,30min液相脱色率达98%,2h达100%;而经过5.5h后,固相催化剂的吸附色才基本消除。在21~2h内,活性紫染料液TOC的降解规律可由拟一级反应动力学模型表达。

【Abstract】 The decoloration effect of photo-catalysis technology applied to different dyeing liquids has been compared.The degradation procces and effect of activated purple are analyzed.Experiments show that under many conditions,decoloration rate of system liquid-phase doesn’t represent system’s decoloration rate.Accelerating system decoloration is the characteristic of photocatalysis technology.And it is different from adsorption technology.Experiments of activated purple dye system show that liquid-phase decoloration rate reaches 98% after 30 min,100% after 2 h,while after 5.5 h,the adsorbed color on solid catalyst will basically disapper.Within 2-12 h,the degradation regularity for TOC of activated purple dyeing liquid can be expressed by the pseudo first-order reaction kinetic model.
