曝气生物滤池在污水回用中的挂膜启动试验研究

【摘要】 曝气生物滤池在污水深度处理中的挂膜启动中,先用活性污泥闷曝接种,然后通入污水厂初沉池出水,逐步提高进水流速,到滤料表面形成稳定生物膜后改进污水厂二级出水。试验结果表明,挂膜启动中使用污水处理厂初沉池的出水作为原水,挂膜速度快,两周后出水CODCr和NH3-N去除率分别稳定在70%和80%以上。

【Abstract】 The start-up of biological aerated filter has been studied by using the water of primary sedimentation tank effluent as resource water.Firstly,the filter is filled with active sludge and O2 is supplied by the air compressor.Then the water of primary sedimentation tank effluent is fed to the BAFs,to make the influent water flow speed higher gradually,until the media of BAFs have been covered with stable biofilm.At last,the effluent of the wastewater treatment plant are fed to the BAFs.The result of this research shows that,feeding the BAFs with the water of primary sedimentation tank effluent,makes the media combined with biofilm quickly.After two weeks,the removal of CODCr and NH3-N reach 70% and 80% stably.
