浅谈轧钢加热炉节能及降低氧化烧损的途径
Technology of Saving Energy and Reducing the Lose of Iron Scaling in Reheating Furnace
【摘要】 从合理组织生产、优化工艺及操作方式、设备及自动控制、蓄热式燃烧技术、热平衡测试等方面较全面地叙述了轧钢加热炉节能及其降低氧化烧损的关键技术,为轧钢厂降耗增效提供了有效途径。
【Abstract】 From five side which are organizing manufacture in reason,optimizing technics and operating way,equipment and automatic control,regenerative burner system technology application,and testing of heat balance,the main and key technology is introduced in this article about how to save energy and reduce the lose of iron scaling in reheating furnace.
