鲍氏不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药机制的研究进展
Progress on Carbapenem Resistance Mechanisms of Acinetobacter baumannii
【摘要】 鲍氏不动杆菌是一种重要的条件致病菌,其对碳青霉烯类的耐药率有不断上升的趋势。本文从碳青霉烯酶的产生、外膜通透性降低、青霉素结合蛋白改变及主动外排泵等方面就鲍氏不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类耐药机制的研究进展进行综述。
【Abstract】 Acinetobacter baumannii is an important opportunistic pathogen. In resent years, the consistent increase of carbapenem resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii has caused a great concern of public health professionals. This review describes the mechanisms of carbapenem resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii, including the production of β-lactamases, decreased outer membrane permeability, alterations in penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) and overexpression of multidrug efflux pumps.
