蓄热式辐射管中降低NO_X排放量的试验研究
Experimental Study on Reducing NO_X Emission in the Radiant-tube with Regenerative Combustor
【摘要】 蓄热式辐射管具有很强的节能优势,为了能在节能的基础上达到NOX的低排放,提高其环保效益,试验研究将低NOX燃烧技术与蓄热式燃烧技术有机地结合起来,开发出可靠、实用的工程技术并应用在蓄热式辐射管中。结果表明分段燃烧与“十”字型插件相结合的技术在满足蓄热式辐射管使用要求的情况下,NOX可以达到环保排放标准。同时由于此项技术成本低、易于实施,为其在工业化中的应用打下了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Radiant-tube with regenerativecombustor has great advantage on energy-saving. In order to reduce NOx emissions on energy-saving basis and improve enviroment effect , low NOx emission combustion technology and regenerative combustor technology are combined for developing dependable, practical technology in this experimental study. The result shows that the combination of the two burning zones and crossed device could reduce NOX emission quantity to reach emission regulation of enviroment. Otherwise this technology could be used in industry because of his low cost and easy configuration .
