气固两相流速度测量算法研究

【摘要】 论文的研究工作以炼铁厂高炉喷吹煤粉系统煤粉速度为测量对象,利用基于电容传感技术的电容式速度传感器测得煤粉流动噪声,提出了波形法和最小均方差法的测速方法,从理论上分析了波形法和最小均方差法的测速原理,且通过对现场采集的速度信号进行比较分析,从响应时间、适用的范围、与平均速度的接近程度及可靠性几方面比较了三种方法的优缺点,证明了波形法和最小均方差法是可以取代相关法测速的。

【Abstract】 In study,coal dust velocity in blast furnace coal dust spraying system of iroumaking plant was taken as measuring object,coal olust flowing noise was measured by capacitive velocity sensor based on capacitance sensing techuique,and two velocity measuring methods,i.e.wave form method and minimum mean square deviation method,are proposed.Velocity measuring principles of two methods are analyzed in theory.Through analysis and comparison of collected velocity signals in field,advantages and disadvantages of three methods(wave form method,minimum mean square deviation method and correlation method) are compared in response time,useful range,approach to average velocity and reliability.It is proven that both wave form method and minimum mean square deviation method are able to replace correlation method to measure velocity.
