纯氧燃烧锅炉的热工特性

【摘要】 纯氧燃烧较空气燃烧提高了CO2的浓度,有利于CO2的回收利用,减少了对环境的污染。国内外学者正致力于这项技术的研究开发,他们是从试验的角度来分析纯氧燃烧锅炉的可行性及经济性。通过对一台220 t/h纯氧燃烧锅炉的设计,比较两者的理论燃烧温度、受热面积、传热特性等热工参量,探索其可行性和经济性。最终得出纯氧燃烧锅炉可以提高热效率,减少受热面积。

【Abstract】 Compared with air combustions,pure oxygen combustions increase the concentration of carbon dioxide.It is easier to recycle carbon dioxide and reduce air pollution.The home and abroad researchers were studying this technology,but they mainly analyzed the feasibility and economy of pure oxygen combustions according to experiments.Carried out design calculations on a 220t/h pure oxygen boiler,compared the thermal parameters of theoretical combustion temperature,heating surface,heat transfer characteristics between air and pure oxygen combustions,and explored the feasibility and economy of pure oxygen combustions.At last,concluded that pure oxygen combustions could enhance the efficiency of boilers and reduce the heating surface.
