金属氧化物避雷器交流老化试验无人值守监控系统
Unwatched Supervisory Control System of MOA Accelerated Aging Test
【摘要】 针对以往试验系统的不足,设计了金属氧化物避雷器交流老化试验无人值守监控系统。该系统采用了数字信号处理器(DSP)和可编程序控制器(PLC),保证了数据测量和处理的实时性和可靠性。在系统结构上采用集散式控制系统(DCS)思想,将整个系统分为3层,各层职能明确且能独立工作,极大地提高了系统运行的科学性和安全性,同时也降低了系统的维护成本。试验结果证明,该系统不仅在测量精度上有显著提高,而且试验过程中出现的任何问题都有追溯性,实现了真正意义上的无人值守。
【Abstract】 Arrester AC aging test is an important item in arrester type tests.Aimed at the shortcoming of the previous testing system,an unwatched supervisory system had been built up for the AC aging test.In this system,digital signal processor and programmable logic controller were used.Therefore,data measuring and data processing were real-time and reliable.In addition,the structure of this system was a distribution control system,which included three parts.Every part of this system had specific function and could work independently,so the scientific and security of the system was highly improved.Furthermore,the maintenance service cost was reduced.Comparing with the previous tests,not only the measure accuracy is higher but also any problem of AC aging test can be tracked.The unwatched supervisory system is realized authentically.
