基于高精度数字倍频原理实现电力系统频率跟踪的新技术
Novel Technique Based on Digital Frequency Multiplying Principle with High Accuracy in Power System Frequency Tracking
【摘要】 在分析现有频率跟踪技术的原理及特点基础上,提出了一种基于高精度数字倍频的频率跟踪的新技术,实现了电能质量在线监测的频率跟踪,它的自适应补偿功能可以有效地减少倍频误差,消除了基波波动导致的计算误差,保证基频偏离工频时有效实现采样窗口与被测周期的同步。同时,在现场可编程门阵列FPGA上验证了该设计的正确性,使该模块可作为一个独立的单元嵌入到电能质量在线监测装置中。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the principle and character of previous frequency tracking technique.A novel technique was represented,in which adaptive compensation was adopted to minimize the error of digital frequency multiplying effectively.This eliminated calculation error caused by frequency deviation,and realized synchronization of sampling windows and period.The results on field programmable gate array indicate that design is validity and can be set in electric energy quality on-line monitor device as an unaided module.
