【摘要】 企业核心竞争力是支撑企业生存发展的根本动力。核心竞争力的不断提升,是企业长久生存和发展的关键。我国安全事故频发,加入WTO和经济全球化迫使我国必须重视职业安全健康非关税壁垒。从企业核心竞争力、安全与核心竞争力的关系以及造成安全生产现状等方面展开论述,并根据核心竞争力的特征以及市场发展现状得出结论,安全必须加入企业核心竞争力的培育中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core competence is the supporting power to develop the corporation and the step by step improvement of the core competence is the key to attain the longtime survival and development;on the other hand,safety is the urgent problem that corporations can no longer shunt aside.The safety fact that many accidents happened these years and our countries coming into WTO compels us to recognize the importance of occupational safety and health.The core competence of the corporation and the relationship between it and safety are discussed here,and then the reasons of nowadays safety situation are also described.It is concluded that safety must be added to the cultivation of the core competence of the corporation according to the characteristics of the core competence and the market development prospects.更多还原
