【Abstract】 The government has to pay the cost in the flow of civil servants, i.e. the total sum of money spent in the management of the flow of civil servants. By analyzing the composition of the government cost, and calculating the size of cost, this paper argues that perfecting the mechanism of the flow of civil servants is a key way to control the government cost in this process.更多还原
