【Abstract】 Starting with the source of error that affects imaging in the alignment of IR optical system,the relation between the test result of the OTF instrument and the optical system alignment error is analyzed,and the application of OTF instrument in the alignment of IR optical system is discussed.The result of experiment shows that it is feasible to alignment IR optical system by OTF instrument.更多还原
