广西黑衣壮族5个STR基因座的遗传多态性

【摘要】 目的:研究广西黑衣壮族5个STR基因座的遗传多态性分布。方法:应用AmpFISTR IdentifilerTM扩增试剂盒和ABI3100遗传分析仪检测152例无关个体血样。结果:D3S1358、D16S539、D19S433、D21S11、FGA5个STR基因座共检测出54种等位基因,其基因频率分布在0.0033~0.4013。观察杂合度分别为0.7700、0.7110、0.8090、0.8220、0.9080;多态信息总量分别为0.7600、0.6700、0.7900、0.8200、0.8600,累积个体识别力达0.999999098,累积非父排除率达0.999548。广西黑衣壮族与其他2个广西壮族支系之间相同基因座的等位基因频率分布差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:广西黑衣壮族5个STR基因座属高度遗传多态性标记;广西壮族内部存在多种支系的说法可能具有STR基因座的遗传学基础。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the polymorphisms distribution of five short tandem repeats (STR) loci in Heiyi Zhuang population in Guangxi. Methods:152 unrelated individulas of Heiyi Zhuang were investigated by using AmpFISTRIdentifiler TM PCR Amplification Kit and 3100 Genetic Analyzer. Result: There were 54 STR allelic in 5 STR of Heiyi Zhuang, with its frequencies ranging from 0.003 3 to 0.401 3.The heterozygosity(H) in D3S1358,D16S539,D19S433,D21S11,FGA was 0.770 0,0.711 0,0.809 0,0.822 0,0.908 0 respectively; polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.760 0,0.670 0, 0.790 0,0.820 0,0.860 0 in turn; the accumulative discrimination power(CDP) was 0.999 999 098;the cumulative exclusion power(CEP) was 0.999 548.There was statistically significant difference in the same loci between Heiyi zhuang and the other branches of Zhuang ethnic group. Conclusion: The data obtained posses highly genetic polymorphisms. The viewpoint that there are different branches in Zhuang Ethnic Groups of Guangxi is probably based on Genetics with STR loci.
