V2O5掺杂对硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成及矿物结构的影响

【摘要】 以空白生料为基准,分别掺入占质量分数为0.5%,1%,2%的V2O5,并分别于1250,1300,1350,1400℃和1450℃煅烧30min,制成V2O5掺杂硅酸盐水泥熟料。利用化学分析、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和高温显微镜分析等方法,研究V2O5掺杂对硅酸盐水泥熟料的易烧性和矿物结构的影响。探讨V2O5掺杂的影响机理。结果表明:掺V2O5改善了硅酸盐水泥熟料的易烧性,但掺量超过0.5%V2O5后测定的f-CaO没有明显区别,且由于V2O5稳定了β-C2S晶相而降低了B矿的含量。对掺V2O5后熟料的显微形貌和液相性质的分析结果表明:掺V2O5后熟料中C3S晶粒均大于基准样中C3S晶粒。这是因为V2O5稳定MeO5-4,增大液相的粘度,局部增大CaO浓度,使C3S长大速率占优势,并降低了A矿的含量。

【Abstract】 Phosphoaluminate-portland clinkers with 0.1%(in mass,as an additive,the same below),0.5%,1% and 2% V2O5 additives,respectively ware prepared by calcination at 1 250,1 300,1 350,1 400℃ and 1 450℃ for 30 min.The effects of V2O5 additives on the sintering and mineral structure of phosphoaluminate-portland clinkers were investigated by chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and high temperature microscope analysis.The mechanism of the effect of adding V2O5 was investi-gated.The results show that the sample with V2O5 added had better burnability,but when more than 0.5% V2O5 is added,the f(free)-CaO content is the same for all of the samples.The samples with V2O5 added have a stable β-C2S crystalline structure,so the B mineral content is reduced.The analysis results for the microstructure and lithofacies characteristics of the samples with V2O5 indicate the grain size of 3CaO.SiO4(C3S)in the samples with V2O5 is larger than that of only phosphoaluminate-portland clinker.This is be-cause adding V2O5 could stabilize MeO 5-4,increase the lithofacies viscosity,partially increase the CaO concentration,increase the growth speed of C3S,and reduce the A mineral content.
