大尺寸电绝缘陶瓷的制备与性能

【摘要】 可加工氟金云母陶瓷很难烧结致密,通过微晶玻璃工艺制造的氟金云母材料的直径一般不超过150mm,长度不大于300mm。据此研究了原料颗粒尺寸以及烧结助剂对氟金云母烧结的影响,采用粉料合成和处理、等静压成型以及常压烧成等陶瓷工艺途径,制造了直径大于200mm,长度超过500mm的柱状、圆筒状材料。制品的电击穿强度大于30kV/mm,在标准大气压下测得的表面闪络强度(充N2/SF6气)为(35±5)kV/cm。

【Abstract】 Sintering of machinable fluorophlogopite ceramics is difficult to full density state without pressure. Most fluorophlogopite ceramics are made through a glass-ceramic process. Therefore, the sizes of the products are limited, at diameters less than 150 mm, and lengths less than 300 mm. Based upon the study of the effects of particle size of the ceramic powder and sintering agents on the sin- tering of fluorophlogopite ceramics, a ceramic process, which consists of the synthesis of fluorophlogopite powder, powder processing, isostatic pressing forming, and pressureless sintering, is introduced for making fluorophlogopite ceramic solid or hollow cylinders with di- ameters larger than 200 mm and lengths longer than 500 mm. The products have a dielectric strength greater than 30 kV/mm and surface flashover strength of (35±5) kV/cm in N2/SF6 atmosphere at standard presure.
