图书馆管理工作中换位思考初探
Discussion about Transpositional Thinking in the Work of Library Management
【摘要】 文章指出“换位思考”是图书馆管理工作的一种新思路,其实质是人本管理。在管理中,如能运用得当,必将对图书馆管理工作的开展起到积极促进的作用。参考文献5。
【Abstract】 This paper points out that “Transpositional Thinking” is a new thought in the work of library management and the essence of it is“humanity management”. If we could use it properly, it will play a positive and promotional role in the development of library management. 5 refs.
