【Abstract】 The rapid development of Open Access needs corresponding policies to conduct and promote. It is not only necessary but also feasible for our country to make Open Access policies. Open Access Policies in foreign countries, especially the open access policy of NIH in America, is meaningful for us to learn in making our own OA policies. The government of China should work out the OA policies that fit the situation of our country as soon as possible. 5 refs.更多还原
