【Abstract】 The Beibu Gulf Rim is the common "development pole" of China-ASEAN.But it’s not comprehensive enough and lack of forward-looking only to refer the development pole to the Beibu Gulf Rim.The common development pole of China-ASEAN should be: Beibu Gulf Rim and Extended Area towards Bay of Bengal.In this development pole,the paper proposes building China southward sea ports and a rail-and-sea transfer platform for the transfer between half land mass of Asia,Europe and Africa and the ocean of the whole world.更多还原
