【摘要】 阐述了野生稻种质资源保存与利用的历史概况以及广西野生稻资源信息与实物共享机制的研究现状和存在问题,提出建立新机制必须遵循国家利益至上原则、多赢原则、平等诚信原则、赏罚分明原则,并建立相应的投入机制和监督机制,各相关人员应各司其职、通力合作,促进野生稻种质资源的利用,使之既繁荣科研事业又服务于经济建设,实现经济建设的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper,the history survey of preservation and application of wild rice germplasm resources were expatiated,as well as the current status and existing problems of the mechanism of sharing information and materials of wild rice germplasm resources in Guangxi.So,for constructing new mechanism,the Nations’ highest interests,the principle of multi-win,equality and sincerity,and rewards and punishments must be obeyed,as well as the corresponding mechanisms of input and supervision.All of related workers should fulfill their own duty and cooperated each other to improve the application of wild rice germplasm resources,make the scientific research prosper and serve for the economic construction to achieve its objectives.更多还原
