【摘要】 蔬菜产业是广州市农业的主导产业。近年来,广州市蔬菜种植面积与产量基本稳定、蔬菜基地逐步向中远郊转移,蔬菜生产向规模种植、集约经营方向发展,蔬菜加工链不断延伸,形成了具有一定影响力的品牌。广州市蔬菜主要以产销挂钩方式、批发市场交易方式、南菜北调、北菜南运以及出口贸易等方式进行流通。为更好地促进广州市蔬菜产业化的发展,必须推行科技兴菜、实施品牌战略、增强加工转化能力、发展连锁配送经营、加大政府扶持等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vegetable industry is the dominative agricultural industry in Guangzhou City.In recent years,the areas and output of planted vegetable are basically stable;production bases are transferred to mid and outer suburbans;the production is developed in large scale and intensivism management;the processing chains are continuously extended,and the influential famous brands were formed.Moreover,the vegetables are sell by four ways such as linking production with marketing,transaction in wholesale markets,transporting the vegetables from South to North or from North to South and exportation,etc.In order to accelerate the industrialization of vegetable in Guangzhou,the measures should be pushed by science and technology,and the tactic of creating famous brands,strengthening the processing and transforming ability of vegetable products,strengthening the support from the governments,and developing the chain connecting distribution,etc.更多还原
