【摘要】 以猪笼草的顶芽和腋芽为外植体进行组培快繁研究,结果表明:在1/2MS+6-BA 1mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L培养基中培养10d后,能诱导出幼芽;1/2MS+6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L培养基对丛生芽的增殖效果最好,增殖倍数达4.1;生根培养基以1/4MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L为最佳,生根率可达95%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The top buds and axillary buds of Nepenthes mirabilis used as explants for tissue culture and rapid propagation were studied.The results showed that the young buds could be induced after 10 days cultured on the medium 1/2MS+6-BA 1mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L.The 1/2MS medium with 6-BA 2.0mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L was the best for multiplication culture of clumpy buds and the multiplication coefficient was 4.10.The 1/4MS medium with 6-BA0.1mg/L and NAA 0.5mg/L was the best for inducing roots from shoots and the rootage ratio was above 95%.更多还原
