铁皮石斛不同来源材料多糖和氨基酸含量的比较

【摘要】 通过对铁皮石斛不同来源材料的主要药用成分多糖和氨基酸含量进行比较,结果表明:铁皮石斛不同来源材料的多糖含量不同;原球茎与野生品的多糖和总氨基酸含量相近,两者都含有7种人体必需的氨基酸,但野生品的必需氨基酸含量高于原球茎的,两者的含量分别占总量的37.9%、26.2%。初步证明以组织培养获得的铁皮石斛原球茎代替其野生品是解决铁皮石斛资源紧缺的有效途径。

【Abstract】 The contents of polysaccharide and amino acid of Dendrobium candidum with different resources were compared in the experiment.The results showed that the polysaccharide content of Dendrobium candidum with different resources was different,and the contents of polysaccharide and amino acid between the wild and the protocorm were similar.Moreover,both of two materials had seven amino acids which were essential to human,but the content of essential amino acids in wild material of Dendrobium candidum was higher than that of protocorm.The content of essential amino acid in wild material and protocorm was 37.9% and 26.2%,respectively.It would be an effective method to resolve the shortage of of Dendrobium candidum resources by obtaining protocorm through tissue culture as substitute for wild materials.
