桂牧1号象草营养价值评定及PEG对其产气量的影响

【摘要】 用体外产气法测定了桂牧1号象草不同月份、不同高度的产气量及添加聚乙二醇(PEG)对产气量的影响。结果显示:(1)桂牧1号象草各月份的干物质含量比较为:11月>10月>9月>4月。其中,1.0 m左右及1.0 m以上的象草的干物质含量明显较高(P<0.01)。(2)在体外产气法实验中添加PEG能显著增加样品12 h和24 h的产气量(P<0.01),证明象草中所含有的抗营养因子对黑山羊瘤胃微生物活动有一定的制约作用。(3)9、11月份象草的最佳刈割高度应为1.5 m左右,4、10月份象草的最佳刈割高度应为1.0 m左右。(4)4月、9月份的象草,添加PEG后产气量提高率较高。利用此时期的象草喂食黑山羊时,适当做PEG处理可以提高象草的饲用价值。

【Abstract】 The experiment with gas production method was conducted to determine the gas production of the elephant grass at different month,different height and adding Polyethylene Glycol(PEG).The result was as follow: at the first,the weigh of dry matter(DM) increased as the growing of the grass.The data of every month was:November>October>September>April.And the elephant grass with the height of 1.0 m and over had the higher weight of DM.The second,the gas production of the 12 h and 24 h increased a lot after adding PEG which suggests that anti-nutrition factor of elephant grass will have bad influence on the microbes and absorption in the black goat rumen.The third,the best cutting height of the September and November was about 1.5 m;the best cutting height of April and October was 1.0 m.The forth,the gas production of the April and September were higher after adding PEG.Adding PEG when feeding the black goat with the elephant grass in these months will enhance its feeding value.
