【摘要】 研究不同pH值的菌草培养基栽培平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)、毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha)、香菇(Lentinus edodes)、灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)菌丝生长情况。结果表明:平菇菌丝生长pH值适宜范围5~9,最适6~7,pH值为6时菌丝长速最快,为6.375mm/d;毛木耳菌丝生长pH值适宜范围5~9,最适7~6,pH值为7时菌丝长速最快,为3.600mm/d;香菇菌丝生长pH值适宜范围4~9,最适6~5,pH值为6时菌丝长速最快,为3.250mm/d;灵芝菌丝生长pH值适宜范围4~9,最适7~6,pH值为7时菌丝长速最快,为5.350mm/d;4种真菌菌丝均随酸性和碱性的增强,生长速度变慢,菌丝长势也变弱,在最适pH值条件下,4种菌丝的生长速度从快到慢依次为平菇、灵芝、毛木耳、香菇。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,Pleurotus ostreatus,Auricularia polytricha,Lentinus edodes and Ganoderma lucidum are cultivated by using Juncao media with different pH value.The results shows that the suitable range of pH value is 5~9 for mycelia growth of Pleurotus ostreatus,optimum pH value being 6~7.When pH value is 6,mycelia grows fastest,which is 6.375 mm/d.Suitable range of pH value is 5~9 for mycelia growth of Auricularia polytricha,pH value being 7~6.When pH value is 7,mycelia grows fastest,which is 3.600 mm/d.Suitable range of pH value is 4~9 for mycelia growth of Lentinus edodes,optimum pH value being 6~5.When pH value is 6,mycelia grows fastest,which is 3.250 mm/d.Suitable range of pH value is 4~9 for mycelia growth of Ganoderma lucidum,optimum pH value being 7~6.When pH value is 7,mycelia grows fastest,which is 5.350 mm/d.With an increase in acidity and alkalescence,their mycelia growth becomes slower and weaker.Under optimum pH value,their growth speed varies from fast to slow respectively,namely,their growth speed can be expressed on a "fast-slow" basis i.e,Pleurotus ostreatus,Ganoderma lucidum,Auricularia polytricha,Lentinus edodes.更多还原
