【Abstract】 According to the problems existing in the calculated process dimension and tolerances in the process of parts machining,a solution was presented,it is to convert the zero-size position tolerances into symmetry deviation then reckon in dimension chain.Using the arithmetic to deal with the zero-size position tolerances,such as the composing ring of symmetry,soaxiality,and so on,is very simple and practical.It can be used to calculate not only the process dimension chain,but also the assembly dimension chain.更多还原
