超高亮度LED驱动电路在LCoS微显示器中的应用
Driving Circuit of High-Bright LED Applied in LCoS Micro-Display
【摘要】 超高亮度发光二极管(LED)具有功耗低、寿命长、发光效率高等优点,为了将其应用于硅基液晶(LCoS)微显示器光源,从LED优点出发,结合LED的恒流发光特性,设计出了超高亮度LED驱动电路,并通过实验进行分析和优化。实验结果表明,超高亮度LED具有很好的光源特性,能够成功应用于LCoS微显示器中。
【Abstract】 Based on the low power consumption, long lifespan and high irradiance efficiency of ultra high-bright LED, an application of Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS) light source is proposed. Considering the feature of constant current when it lights, the driving circuit of ultra high-bright LED is designed, analyzed and optimized by experiment. The results show that ultra high-bright LED can be successfully utilized in LCoS micro-display.
