【摘要】 通过宏观、化学成分、金相、断口与能谱分析等方法,对冷凝塔地脚螺栓的断裂进行了失效分析。结果表明:螺栓在服役2 a后就发生了断裂,主要是因为螺栓加工不良和钢中存在严重的偏析与夹杂物等冶金缺陷;在交变拉应力作用下,使得螺栓在螺纹沟处发生脆性疲劳断裂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The failure of the barb bolts in a condensing tower was studied by means of macros tructure, composition, metallography, fractography, EDS etc. The bolts was fractured after used for two years, resulting from bad working and serious metallurgical defects , such as segregation and inclusion. The cracks are originated in the bottom of the screw thread due to fatigue fracture.更多还原
