【摘要】 用全自动血液分析仪检测了五指山小型猪近交系、贵州小型猪和广西巴马小型猪封闭群18个血液生理指标,统计分析结果显示3个品种间无差异的指标仅有1项,差异极显著(P<0.01)的指标有6项;这18项指标在上述3个品种中的变异系数平均值依次为0.243、0.19和0.182。通过3个小型猪品种间比较,以及与人类参考值、国外著名的哥廷根小型猪、地方猪品种和引进大型猪品种比较,为小型猪用于人类医学研究应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighteen hematology parameters of Wuzhishan miniature pig inbreeding line,Guizhou miniature pig breedand Guangxi Bama miniature pig closed colonies have been detected with the automatic hematology analytic instrument.The statistic results showed that there is only one parameter not significant in them,six ones were highly significant difference.The average coefficient of variance in all parameters of three breed were 0.243,0.19 and 0.182 in turn.Through out the comparison among three pig breeds and between them and the human reference value,Gttingen minipig,domestic pig and exotic Landrace pig, the important information were provided for the miniature pig utilized on the human medical study.更多还原
