【Abstract】 Tumorigenesis is correlated with cell apoptosis as well as cell proliferation,cell differentiation.Caspase 8 is an important molecule in cell apoptosis pathways.Some abnormalitits such as gene mutation,promoter methylation,may lead to the lower sensibility to apoptosis stimulation.So it is possible that caspase 8 is related to the occurrence,development and treatment of tumor.更多还原
