【摘要】 目的调查云南独有少数民族———基诺族的癫痫流行病学,癫痫发病的可能病因、危险因素。方法以WHO在中国用过的问卷和ICBERG筛查问卷为基础,运用近期国际统一的癫痫诊断标准,采用多阶段分层整群抽样,入户面见调查。结果基诺族癫痫发病率为22.39/10万,终身患病率为3.58‰,活动性癫痫患病率为2.69‰;患病人群中62.50%为全面性强直-阵挛发作,6.25%为复杂部分性发作,12.50%为复杂部分性发展为全面性-强直阵挛发作,18.75%为混合型发作,0.224‰可自然缓解;治疗缺口为75%。结论基诺族癫痫发病率、活动性癫痫患病率较国内其他地区低,终身患病率与国内报道一致,但较国内其他农村地区低,治疗缺口高于国内其他农村地区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of epilepsy in Jinuo ethnic minority group in Yunnan Province.Methods The investigation, which was based on the WHO questionnaire and ICBERG screening questionnaire used in China, was fulfilled by applying the latest international diagnostic standard epilepsy and using the way of cluster sampling and door-to-door.Results A total of 4465 people were investigated and 16 people were diagnosed as epilepsy, with the prevalence of epilepsy of 3.58‰. The incidence of epilepsy in the ethnic minority was 22.39/105. The prevalence of active epilepsy was 2.69‰. Of the patients, 62.5% were diagnosed as general tonic clonic seizure, 6.25% as complex partial seizure, 12.50% as from complex partial seizure to general tonic clonic seizure and 18.75% as mixed seizure. The gap of treatment for epilepsy was 75%.Conclusions The incidence of epilepsy and the prevanlence of acute epilepsy in Jinuo ethnic minority group were lower than domestic other areas. The prevalence of epilepsy in the ethnic minority group was in accordance with that reported by published literatures, but was lower than domestic other rural areas. The gap of treatment for epilepsy was higher than domestic other rural areas.更多还原
