【Abstract】 Through investigation the number of current vehicle and the characteristic of the vehicle terminal,a kind of intellectualized and human nature voice vehicle terminal is proposed. The design of the GSM modem SMS voice synthesis system based on XF-S4240 voice synthesis module and Smart ARM-2200 embedded develop platform are introduced.
