容栅技术在机械运动轨迹测试中的应用
Application of capacitive grating technology in mechanical movement track test
【摘要】 容栅传感器具有高精度长度测量特性,除了广泛应用于数显游标卡尺,还能够把容栅传感器应用于更加广泛的检测领域,这将会降低测试成本和提高测试精度。本文将容栅传感器应用于机械运动轨迹的测量,具体介绍了容栅测量原理、数据格式、应用系统的组成和主要电路模块,着重介绍了容栅输出数据的读取和传送接口的设计。该研究成果经过实验验证取得了很好的效果,已应用于工业生产中,具有一定的参考和实用价值。
【Abstract】 The capacitive grating sensor is high precision in length measurement.Excepting to be used to digital display vernier calipers,it is also can be used to more extensive detection fields,and as a results,it will largely lower test cost and enhance test precision.This paper introduced an approach to measure the mechanical movement track by capacitive grating sensor.The principle and the data format of capacitive sensor,the composing of this application system and some primary circuit module were analysed in detail,especially the data output from the capacitive sensor and the design of the interface of transmission.The value of the approach is well proved by experiment and its application in industrial production.
