【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional temperature sensors,the integrated temperature sensors based on Si PN junction temperature effect have many merits such as high sensibility and linearity,small size,quick response,digital signals out- putted directly and connecting to the system of measarement circuit easily,so they are widely used in many measurement and control fields.This paper introduced the characteristics of integrated temperature sensors and its temperature meas- urement and control system constructed by connecting the sensor with the single processing module and the external e- quipment.更多还原
