基于LabVIEW的减速器远程测试系统
Creeper gear remote testing system based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 将虚拟仪器技术引入减速器性能的测试与分析,构建了以计算机、NI6014数据采集卡为核心的虚拟仪器硬件平台,以LabVIEW为平台开发了具有远程测试功能的减速器性能测试分析软件。软件设计采用了严格的结构层次、独立的模块化设计方法,并详细介绍了远程测试的实现、服务端、客户端及发布服务端的程序设计。所构造的远程测试系统利用Internet将数据采集、处理等模块灵活地连接起来,实现了自动数据采集、远程传输、分析处理,提高了工作的效率和安全性。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced virtual instrument technology to creeper gear performance testing and analysis,and con- stituted a virtual instrument hardware platform using computer and NI 6014 DAQ Card as the core,and the creeper gear analyzing software with remote testing functions based on the LabVIEW was developed.The design of software adopted strict structure gradation and independent approaches,and introduced the realization of remote testing,service,guest and publishing terminal in details.The system connects data acquisition and processing module flexibly,and realizes au- tomatic data acquisition,remote transmitting,analyzing and processing,so the efficiency and safety of work is improved.
