【摘要】 通过构建安徽省城市土地集约利用水平综合评价体系,对近10年来17个城市土地集约利用水平进行综合评价;在SPSS软件环境下,运用Spearman秩相关系数和聚类分析法对评价结果进行时空分析,结果表明,1993-2003年,全省大部分城市土地集约利用水平逐渐上升,但以六安为代表的9个城市土地集约利用水平有所下降;全省城市土地集约利用水平空间差异显著,南高北低;从经济、人口、环境、政策方面探讨了城市土地集约利用水平变化和差异的原因,并就此提出相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through constructing a comprehensive evaluation system of the level of urban land intensive utilization,this article conducts an overall appraisal on the intensity of urban land utilization in 17 cities of Anhui Province during the recent 10 years.The paper gives a spatial-temporal analysis on the appraisal result under the SPSS software environment by applying the method of Spearman rank relational coefficient and cluster analysis,Indicating that the level of the urban land intensive utilization had been increasing in most cities except nine cities with Lu’an as the representative during the years from 1993 to 2003;The spatial variance of the intensive use is remarkable,with a more intensive use in the south than in the north.The article ends with an exploration into the causes that lead to the difference and variance in urban land intensive utilization from the aspects of economy,population,environment and government policies,and puts forward some suggestions to raise the level of urban land intensive utilization.更多还原
