不同煅烧时间的纳米N-TiO2粉体制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of N-TiO2 Nano-powders for Different Calcined Time
【摘要】 以钛酸丁酯为原料制备TiO2粉体,在管式炉中600℃与NH3经不同反应时间制备N-TiO2粉体样品。通过X射线衍射、光电子谱和紫外-可见光谱对产物进行了表征。结果表明,制得的粉体为锐钛矿型结构,粒径约为20nm,氮进入到了TiO2晶格部分取代了氧的位置,形成新的TiO2-xNx晶格。
【Abstract】 Nanoparticles of N-doped TiO2 (N-TiO2) were prepared using titanium dioxide nano-powders and ammonia calcined at a certain temperature of 600℃in pipe-still heater.The samples were modified by nitrogen doping in 3h,4h,5h respectively.The prepared powders were characterized by XRD,XPS and UV-Vis absorbance spectra.The results show that the crystal structure of N-TiO2 is anatase,the average particle size is about 20nm and the optical absorption edge of powder is significantly extended from 387nm to about 520nm that is in the visible-light range.N partly takes the place of O in TiO2 crystal lattice and forms a new TiO2-xNx crystal lattice.
