微波-沉淀法合成高纯四方相BaTiO3纳米粉体研究
Preparation and Properties of BaTiO3 Nano-sized Powders by Microwave-Precipitation Process
【摘要】 以BaCl2、TiCl4为原料,以(NH4)2C2O4·H2O为沉淀剂,利用微波-沉淀法制备了高纯四方相钛酸钡纳米粉体。应用XRD、TEM等对粉体的结构、形貌进行了分析。研究表明,微波-沉淀法合成粉体的时间为50 min,制备的粉体属于四方相晶体结构,粒度为30nm、粒度分布均匀,杂质含量达到电子行业工业标准。
【Abstract】 Through the microwave-precipitation process,the super-pure nanopowders barium titanate were prepared by using titanium tetrachloride and barium chloride as raw materials and (NH4)2C2O4·H2O as the precipitant and alcohol as dispersant.The particle size,crystal phase and figure were detailed discussed using XRD and TEM.The experimental results show that the powders by the microwave- precipitation process have higher purity,finer particle (size is 30 nm),more uniform size distribution, but the synthesization time of powders is only 50min.
