CoO改性炭电极电化学电容器研究
CoO-Modified Carbon as Electrode Material for Electrochemical Capacitor
【摘要】 以普通活性炭为基材,用Co(NO3)2溶液浸渍和高温热解法制备改性炭材料。采用循环伏安、恒流充放电、漏电流测试等电化学方法研究了由改性炭电极构成的电化学电容器的性能。结果显示虽然改性炭的比表面积比原炭有所下降,但是比电容却显著增加,从130.1F/g增加到198.8 F/g,提高了52.8%;其相应的体积比电容高达136.9 F/cm3。
【Abstract】 Commercial activated carbon (AC) was soaked in Co (NO3)2 solution and pyrolysed to prepare modified carbon as electrode material for electrochemical capacitor.The performance of the resultant coin-type capacitors was investigated by cyclic voltammetry,constant current charge/discharge and leakage current test.The results show that the specific surface area of the modified carbon decreased slightly,but the specific capacitance increased remarkably to 198.8 F/g,52.8% higher than that of original carbon.The corresponding volumetric capacitance is 136.9F/cm3.
