前驱体水热分解制备PbS树枝晶

【摘要】 以硝酸铅和硫代氨基脲为最初原料,采用配合物低温水热分解法,制备了半导体PbS树枝晶。并用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)确定所制备粉体为纯PbS,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表明粉体形貌是树枝晶形,且有3次枝晶析出,选区电子衍射(SAED)图案证实晶枝是单晶生长的。同时对PbS树枝晶的生长机理进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 By using leadnitrate and thiosemicarbazide as starting materials,dendritic PbS crystallites were prepared through a simple and effective low-temperature complex precursor-hydrothermal-pyrolysis route. X-ray diffraction spectrum and X-ray photoelectron microscopy demonstrate that the as-prepared powder is pure PbS. The images of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy indicate that the as-prepared products are composed of dendritic crystallites, and have tertiary dendrite samples. The images of selected area electron diffraction show that the as-prepared dendrites are single crystal. The mechanism for the PbS dendritic crystallites growth was also discussed.
