MnCO3掺杂BSTO/MgO复相铁电陶瓷介电性能的研究
Effect of MnCO3 Doping on Tunable and Dielectric Properties of BSTO/MgO Composites Ferroelectric Ceramic
【摘要】 在钛酸锶钡(BSTO)与质量分数为60%的MgO混合的基础上,研究了MnCO3掺杂对BSTO/MgO复相铁电陶瓷介电性能的影响。随着MnCO3掺杂量的增加,BSTO晶粒尺寸减小。适量的MnCO3的掺杂可明显降低BSTO/MgO复相材料的高频损耗以及显著提高材料的调谐性。当MnCO3掺杂量为0.5%(物质的量分数)时,BSTO/MgO材料的介电常数为94,高频损耗为2.91×10-3(4.191GHz),介电常数可调率达7.4%(2kV/mm)。
【Abstract】 Based on w(MgO)=60% magnesia mixed with BSTO,the influence of MnCO3 dopant on the dielectric properties of BSTO /MgO was investigated.Results show that average grain size of BSTO is decrease with an increase of MnCO3 doping content.At the microwave frequence,proper content of MnCO3 could reduce the loss tangents of BSTO/MgO compound and increase the tunability.When the content of MnCO3 is 0.5mol %,the dielectric constant of the composites is equal to 94,and the loss is 2.91×10-3(4.191GHz),the tunability reaches 7.4 %(2kV/mm).
