溶胶电泳法制备纳米TiO2薄膜及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】 利用有机钛的水解制备TiO2溶胶,采用电泳法在不锈钢片上镀膜,经500℃烧结后,进行光降解实验。通过DTA、XRD、SEM等测试分析了纳米TiO2薄膜的外观形貌和晶型结构。实验结果表明,溶剂、胶体浓度、电泳时间、外加电压等因素对膜的光催化性能均有不同程度的影响。该法制备的纳米TiO2薄膜具有一定的厚度、表面均匀平整。

【Abstract】 TiO2 sol was prepared by hydrolysis of Ti(OBu)4, TiO2 films were prepared on the surface of stainless steel by electrophoresis and were sintered at 500℃. The photo-catalytic degradation experiments were carried out using the sintere d TiO2 films, and the morphology and crystal structure of nano TiO2 films we re studied by means of DTA, XRD and SEM measurements. The experimental results s how that solvent, sol concentration, electrophoresis time and applied voltage, e tc. take effect to a different extent on the photo-catalytic activity. The surf ace of the films with certain thickness prepared by above method is uniform very well.
