【摘要】 实验研究了瓷质抛光砖坯体中石英晶相对防污性能的影响。采用XRD和SEM等方法分析了石英晶相的含量与防污性能的关系,并从显微结构出发讨论了影响瓷质抛光砖防污性能的根本原因。结果表明:减少原料中SiO的引入量或其粒度均可降低烧结成瓷后坯体中SiO晶相的残留量,从而有效改善瓷质抛光砖的防污性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of the quartz crystal in polished ceramic tiles on the ability of stain- proof was investigated by experiments. The relationship between the stain-proof ability and the quartz crystal content was analyzed by XRD and SEM. The main ca uses to influence stain-proof ability of polished tiles were discussed accordin g to their microstructure. The results show that reducing the quartz crystal con tent in row materials or its grain size would reduce its residual quantity and i mprove the stain-proof ability of polished ceramic tiles obviously.更多还原
