改善石钢烧结矿质量的试验研究

【摘要】 研究了不同MgO含量、碱度及Al2O3/SiO2对烧结矿常温强度及冶金性能的影响。结果表明,MgO对烧结矿常温强度有双重的影响,其含量在2.3%时强度有最佳值,烧结矿质量随碱度值的增加而得到改善。随着Al2O3/SiO2的增加烧结矿强度变差,粉化严重。

【Abstract】 The paper studied on the effect of different contents of magnesium oxide,basicity and Al2O3/SiO2to the strength and metallurgy performance of sinter.The result indicated that MgO had two sides,and when it got 2.3%,all the standards were the most appropriate.The strength of sinter was improved with the basicity increased.At last,the strength and metallurgy performance of sinter got worse.
