【Abstract】 The history of Chinese ecological environmental protection regulations can at least be track to the Western Zhou Dynasty and later they were promulgated in the Qin and Han Dynasty.The legal thoughts and the regulations of environmental protection had been stressing a good protection of ecological resource such as farmland resource,water resource and forest resource and so on.It is significant to discover and collect the legal regulations and thoughts on ecological environmental protection.更多还原
