化学沉淀/混凝沉淀工艺序批式处理电解锰废水
Study on Chemical Precipitation/Coagulation Sedimentation Process for Sequencing Batch Treatment of Electrolytic Manganese Wastewater
【摘要】 采用石灰中和/板框压滤机/NaOH反应沉淀/混凝沉淀工艺序批式处理电解锰厂含锰废水,工程调试结果表明,当进水量为120~160 m3/d,进水pH为3.5~5.5、Mn含量为550~700 mg/L、SS为200~260 mg/L时,出水pH为6.5~7.5、Mn含量为0.8~1.5 mg/L、SS为5~16mg/L,出水水质可以达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,吨水投资为1 875元,运行费用为1.73元/m3。
【Abstract】 A lime neutralization/plate and frame filter press/NaOH reaction precipitation/coagulation sedimentation process was used for sequencing batch treatment of manganese-containing wastewater from electrolytic manganese plant.The results show that when the influent flow rate is 120 to 160 m3/d,pH is 3.5 to 5.5,concentration of Mn is 550 to 700 mg/L and SS is 200 to 260 mg/L,the effluent pH is 6.5 to 7.5,concentration of Mn is 0.8 to 1.5 mg/L and SS is 5 to 16 mg/L.The effluent quality can achieve the first class requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The investment index of one ton is 1 875 yuan and operation cost is 1.73 yuan/m3.
