复合式交替流生物工艺处理制药废水的研究

【摘要】 采用复合式交替流生物反应器处理综合制药废水,确定了最优运行方式,并对最优运行方式下的处理效果进行了考察。结果表明,DO和容积负荷是影响反应器启动的重要因素;采用最优的运行方式,在进水COD为2 000~4 500 mg/L、流量为0.4~1.0 m3/h的条件下,出水COD基本保持在500 mg/L以下,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准要求。由于最优运行方式下采用A池两个分区及B池两点周期性交替进水的运行方式,故会导致出水水质周期性变化,因此必须辅以其他后续处理手段以确保出水水质达标。

【Abstract】 Combined alternate-flow biological reactor was applied to treat pharmaceutical waste-water.The optimal operation mode was determined,and the treatment effect under the optimal operation mode was investigated.The results show that DO and volume load are the main factors affecting the reactor start-up.Under the optimal operation mode,when the influent COD is 2 000 to 4 500 mg/L and flow rate is 0.4 to 1.0 m3/h,the effluent COD is under 500 mg/L,reaching the third class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).Under optimal operation mode,the periodic alternating inflow is performed on two subareas of tank A and two infalls of tank B,causing the effluent quality vary periodically.Therefore,other technologies must be added after this process to guarantee the effluent to reach the standard.
