染织厂印染废水处理工艺改造

【摘要】 对某染织厂原印染废水处理系统存在的问题及废水水质进行了分析,在充分利用现有设施的前提下,提出了厌氧/兼氧水解酸化/生物接触氧化/混凝沉淀改造工艺。结果表明,改造后的废水处理系统对COD、BOD5、SS、色度的去除率分别为90.4%、91.4%、87.5%、87.9%,出水水质达到了《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—92)的一级标准。

【Abstract】 By making analysis on the problems existing in the previous printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system and wastewater quality in a dyeing and textile factory,the modified process of anaerobic fermentation/facultative hydrolytic acidification/biological contact oxidation/coagulation and sedimentation was put forward by making full advantage of the existing facilities.The result shows that the removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS and color in the modified wastewater treatment system are 90.4%,91.4%,87.5% and 87.9% respectively,and the effluent quality reaches the Ⅰ-class criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287-92).
